![]() On 4-7-23, Norton called but I was on another call receiving bad news on my dog. On 4-5-23, I don't recall who called whom but spoke to agent ****** now with Case #******** he had no resolution. ![]() No case number was provided as I was told my issue required escalation. I called back on 3-28-23, spoke to agent ****** who took over my computer for the issues, had me take a pic and email it to him and I did. I called back on 3-27-23, spoke to agent Art who canceled my product that reek havoc across my devices and the product downloaded incomplete. So, I did on 3-24-23, spoke to agent **** who also tried to do the upgrade at no charge also to no avail opening Case #********. For days I tried to upgrade my product as in the past but with no success. Later in March, I saw a different product that would auto-renew on 2-27-24 but for $349.99 and would cover all my current needs. On 2-27-23, I renewed my annual Norton product for $139.09 and added LifeLock on 3-8-23 for $29.17.
